Mercedes is a Tica who loves to live in her native country.
She grew up in a small and simple town in the south of Costa Rica. It was a beautiful town with very dusty dirt streets, a very hot weather all year round and no breeze to attenuate it.
However, the heat was not a problem for a little girl who had the privilege of growing up in freedom. She had all the outdoor space to run everywhere and experience life at ease.
There were no dangers around, except those that can be found when living surrounded by nature, rivers, forests, and animals. Many children shared this experience with her.
At a very early age Mercedes left her town and family to live in the city, experiencing a completely different life. She worked in sales and completed college. Then entered the field of education and worked for the government and private institutions for many years. Because of her sharing the classrooms with different people and kids of all ages, she lived wonderful experiences and grew on a human and personal level.
After so much time serving in the classrooms, tired and disillusioned with the restricted and manipulated educational system, Mercedes decided to resign and dedicate herself to doing what excited her the most. That’s how she returned to sales.
Becoming a real estate agent
Later, after gaining experience with different sales businesses, Mercedes got involved with her first real estate project. She developed it with great tenacity and learned a lot with a housing construction and sale. From there started a new activity that she has been passionate about ever since. For Mercedes, every day is a day to motivate herself, to keep learning and improving.
A motivating and persevering attitude has led Mercedes to expand in the real estate area every day. She has a great desire to do better and better, to be more assertive when it comes to helping others and to make better decisions, in order to guide people who want to invest in a property.
It is worth it to love what you do. In this way, work becomes a very rewarding experience every day and you can share with other people sincerely, honestly and with great joy in your heart.
